After a 1-hour Zoom call with HR, I was invited down for an in-person interview the same day. After less than an hour with the CEO's, it was obvious I was not the right fit, and they asked me to leave despite having an agenda that went on for several more hours. An unfortunate disconnect between HR and the rest of the leadership team that ends in having little respect for candidates.
