Initial Interview - I was contacted by a sourcer who conducted a short interview. The following day I received a call from the manager for a phone screening which took 30 minutes. On-Site interview - I was given an interview schedule ahead of time and the interviews were to last 3 hours. I interviewed with 5 people from coordinators to managers and questions ranged from career objectives to tell me about yourself to specific knowledge about the position. The interviewers were friendly and approachable during the interview. A week later, I sent them a follow up email and was told that they have other candidates that they want to consider before making a decision and will keep me updated on the process. I'm still waiting for the update.

It was straight and had a clear discussion about my past experience & E2E involvement in Recruitment's & strategic initiatives etc... about my journey from Non-IT to IT background & from consulting to Corporate
