The process had many stages and variety of tests that assessed all our skills (professional and personal). They strongly judged us based on our communication skills. I attended a drive where approximately 30 people attempted and only 3 got offer including me but I rejected due to personal reasons.

The interview process is the same as all the other companies and is a 3 stage interview which includes a telephonic interview followed by technical round and finally hr round.
