HR interview Hiring manager interview 4 Cross functional interviews (1 with a sales leader, 1 with another GM, 1 with Marketing and 1 was with sales again but to check french proficiency mainly ) A case study and presentation with 3 leaders (2 GMs and the hiring manager) Overall it was pleasant and very clear process, I enjoyed meeting everyone and discussing the company and its future. My only caveat is that I am now pretty sure they were not really recruiting for any role which made me very surprised- the role was never filled its been almost 4 months now and still no one took the role. we were 3 finalists and I was told 1 of us actually got it and it was not me. One of the GMs during my case study was super disengaged and looked uninterested overall which makes me think whether they knew already that they did not want to hire for the role anymore. I just wish they did not waste my time and the other candidates time- Its a pity that companies are doing that.
