I applied online and was contacted for an initial phone conversation. It was brief, and I only had time to talk through my background and then learn about the team. Nothing super in-depth, but I guess my background did not fit because afterward I was notified that they would not be moving forward. Not sure why that couldn't have been decided from looking at my resume instead of asking me to get on a call.
