First there’s an assessment - if passed a phone screening with a recruiter.
After that an interview with someone you’d be working with, an interview with the Administrative team and an Interview with the hire ups!

Friendly folks on the team, interview process was seemingly streamlined and broken into a couple of parts:
1. introductory interview with recruiter
2. first round with 3 different admins (30 mins each)
3. second round with 3 different execs that the position would be supporting (30 mins each)
Usually this is standard, not to mention a large chunk of time. My issue was that by the end of the interview process I was rejected (fair) until I found out that the team was deciding between 3 different candidates. Shouldn't it have been narrowed down to 2 candidates?
Not to mention that while interviewing with the last batch of execs, it seems their expectations for the position varied from what the folks from the admin team were communicating. When I heard the initial compensation, from the 2nd round I thought it was fair. But after hearing the exec's expectations, the comp was definitely way underpaying.
