The first round interview with the Talent Lead was great, although the individual was really screening for the department lead. The second round interview with the person performing the role to cover the vacancy was a joke. The person disclosed staffing problems and excessive turnover with the department then regretted it immediately As I made specific inquiries, I was met with hostility and confusion.
