I was contacted within a couple days of applying and the recruiter was very responsive throughout the process. The screening interview was pleasant, and it was evident that the recruiter was interested in advocating for me. My only complaint is that they do not have a bonus plan in place and that most of their performance incentives are based on equity in company stock which has significantly lost most of its value in the last year. This seems to be a common complaint based on employee reviews as well. In fact, it appears most employees are unhappy with the company and its leadership. For this reason, I’m somewhat relieved that the opportunity didn’t work out.

Gespräch mit dem Hiring Manager. Habe im Gespräch ein gutes Feedback bekommen und mich m.E. gut mit ihr verstanden.
Leider sind seitdem 5 Wochen ohne weitere Infos vergangen. Recruiterin ist weder per LinkedIn noch per e-Mail erreichbar (E-Mail kommt unzustellbar zurück).
Es ist schade, nicht mal eine Absage oder sonstige Info zu bekommen, besonders wenn man im Gespräch extra darum bittet und sich über eine Empfehlung beworben hat.

Well organised interview process and clear communication and feedback throughout from recruitment team. Lengthy process of 5 interviews including a case study, but a great opportunity to meet potential colleagues and understand more about the business.
