Initial phone screen with recruiter, followed by a virtual on-site with 2 members of the team. Scheduling was very easy, recruiter took availability at end of phone screen, and sent on-site schedule soon after.

I applied online for the position. Shortly after applying for the job, I was sent an email regarding scheduling a first-round video interview. The Recruiter provided a link, Calendly, to schedule an interview. I selected a time slot from their provided availability but was immediately sent an email asking me to select another day and time. I thought to myself, no problem, I can choose another day/time. I selected another day and was sent another email from the Recruiter that they weren't available on that day/time. Finally, the third time I selected an interview, and it was confirmed. During the interview, I was asked about my background and was told about the role and responsibilities. The Recruiter seemed very uninterested. From having to reschedule my interview twice from the Recruiter's Calendly link to the interview, the whole process was such a negative experience. If you are going to provide your Calendly link, how hard is it for you to block off the times that you are not available. If a representative from the company is reading this, I hope you will take what I said into consideration to ensure that you are providing a Positive/Good Candidate Experience.

30 min phone interview, in person interview. The in-person interview was with a group and lasted over an hour with many questions. They really stressed how rigorous their interview process is because they are looking for a high level of talent.
