Initial recruiter screening, pretty standard questions about previous experience. Panel interviewers were all late and were clearly unprepared for interview. They had forgotten to issue take home assessment so we postponed interview. Take home assessment was to build Boomi process. Branded as a Peloton test but it was a word for word copy of the Boomi assessment test for new hires. Pretty insulting for a senior position but proceeded to complete assessment anyway. Follow up interview and they clearly had something else in mind for the objective of the assessment than what was instructed. In general, it was a mess from start to finish.
