The team asks only spend 3-4 hours but demand 7-8+ hours worth of product thinking, designing, documentation, and a presentation building. Step 4: Panel interview to present the previous step. Most of the panel sit there staring at you; the hiring manager does the grilling of in the weeds, asinine comments. Because again, they’re going to take your work. Step 5: A series of 6-7 1:1 cross-functional interviews. Recruiter said ideally 3-4 hours worth of time.
