Pretty typical format. Phone Screen, 1 on 1 with a team member describing the role and responsibilities, then onsite with team. Everyone was friendly enough, but seemed like they had their interview "poker faces" on.
Overall, the experience was fine, but the main thing that really frustrated me was the poor communication. If I wasn't waiting weeks to hear back about a next round, I was getting very little to no response from the recruiter who helped me schedule things. That has somewhat soured my view of the company.
