Initial interview was in person. Very positive experience and lovely conversation. Was told I'd be a great fit for the position I was applying for and the pay associated with it. Second interview was joining the floral arrangement team for hands-on work with set hourly payment. After, I was offered the position that was below the one I was applying for and at a lower rate than previously discussed. I took 2 days to review the offer letter before I received an email, telling me how unprofessional I was and how the interviewer had never had someone "ghost" them before. I immediately declined the offer and never received payment for my hands-on working interview.
