I applied online and was contacted by HR one week later to schedule an in-person interview with the VP of design and the current designer who's position was opening. I had the interview on a Friday morning, and was offered the position the following Tuesday.

Interview was online with two of their senior designers. Mainly spoke through my projects with some general chat afterwards. Really nice experience with plenty of support offered along the way for my disability. They gave great feedback after the interview that was super constructive and will be incredibly helpful going forward.

1st interview with HR, 2nd interview is 45min-1 hr with design team leads, if you pass, there's a 3rd interview with the design director before making the final decision. Took awhile to hear back on whether or not I got the role.
