It was an online interview with a series of questions and you had to video yourself answering them. There was no human contact, which is understandable given the number of applicants they must get but it was still a little disconcerting.

I had as pleasant an interview process as possible (not sure anyone loves interviews!). It involved a first stage HireVue interview, followed by a second-stage in-person interview with two senior staff. Sadly, I did not get the job although received positive interview feedback.
