Relatively informal telephone interview followed up with on site competency scenario based interview with manager and one of the team. Even at the interview previous experience was diminished in order to suppress salary expectations. Process was the easiest I've experienced. However in hindsight it was too simple. I wouldn't recommend this role for any real HR professional. Work environmentbwas a call centre with that culture
