It involved a video interview then there was a group interview and then a one on one interview with the sales director. It involved you having to do a cold pitch and role plays in the interview.

When I first applied for the position, I was called by the recruiter the following day. I missed the call and called back the Peninsula to get a hold of the recruiter and was hung up on twice by reception when I explained what I was calling for. I was then called back over a month later at 5pm to come in the following day for an interview. I explained that it was too short notice but they said it was the only day possible since they needed someone asap. Once I was there I was treated horribly by the managers who were interviewing me. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. At the end of the interview one of the interviewers rolled her eyes and looked at the other one. It was probably the worst interview I’ve ever had for a job that pays very little. After seeing the reviews, their behaviour made a lot of sense.
