I applied and the process was quick. The hr person send an email asking for available dates and times for phone interview. On the phone interview i was asked 3 questions along with some other general information. After the interview an appointment was set up with the unit manager. Which went pretty well. I was also asked why I want to work for penn, tell me a little bit about yourself.

Generic 15 minute interview. Didn't really ask me anything about myself. Told me next step is to shadow which I did for four hours two days later. Followed up with thank you email. Never got a response.
