      Colloquio

Waste of time. When they finally called it was boiler plate questions like somebody was reading off a script and I was the 100th call but not where someone wins a prize. It went very fast and I was interrupted when I was explaining an answer. I didn't get time to let them know about my recent training that I hadn't listed which was Tier 4 standards and exhaust aftertreatment training. What I read online didn't do anything to spell out where the work would be based around and the true shift schedule. It seemed like it was what they want when they want it. I can deal with locations changing because I'm used to working at customer job sites as long as hours a week is spelled out. I got a family dependent on basic take home pay. Last I've not seen a company until this one not get back to you with a decision if they want you or not when you have told them you need to know as soon as they can. Expert tip: if you apply at Penn Power Group don't put off other offers waiting for them especially when other companies are paying top dollar and will give high bonuses, firm schedules guaranteed overtime and relo for techs and mechanics that have worked with multiple classes.
