it interview is easy but they ask lots of valuable questions that every orientation leader should pay attention on and always think about. it is a great interview experience. I learn alot from this interview.

very simple. They just want to make sure you're okay with interacting with new students. They also ask about prior experience. Nothing too complicated. I thought it was straightforward. Additionally, they asked if I was an international student.

We did group activities and puzzles to show who could take the lead the most and come up with ideas that would help the group succeed. I think they look for people who aren't afraid of setting up and taking control, especially since that's what the job consists of most of the time.
