Resume review followed by phone screen conducted by two administrators. Next step was a full day of interviews with various stakeholders. At some point during the interview day, it was required to lead a presentation on a topic of my choice (I chose to speak about future strategic initiatives), which was attended by most of the interviewers and invited faculty and staff.
