First interview was a group phone interview with HR and principals. During that call, they asked me about my experience and a few questions about engaging students, classroom management, etc. At the end of the call, they invited me back to a second interview where I needed to prepare a short lesson and teach it using Blackboard. I received a call with an offer a couple of days later. All teachers start at Step 1 of the salary scale, regardless of experience.

GOOD, nice interview, enjoyed the process have been out of the loop for awhile and it was nice to get back in the game, asked about my family and reasons for wanting this opportunity, seemed to really care about me as a person.
