You will have one interview speaking with a Team Leader. Normal generic interview but they really want to get to know you as a person. Second stage is a group interview where it showcases your skills in the job role. Bit strange to do as a group remote interview as you get called separately and off camera. But even though you get a short and sweet introduction you can show off your character by demonstrating one of the values.
