Online application, phone screen, in-person interview(s), pretty standard process with multiple managers involved. Interviewers were all down to earth, pretty knowledgeable, and representing multiple disciplines. The process was not only thorough, but they were very open in making sure that I knew I was making a good decision for myself as well.
