Resume submission online and they quickly reached out and interviewed me on campus within a week. They called me the day after I submitted my resume and were able to organize a time to meet one campus. They were really nice and joined me for lunch with a fairly laid-back feel to the whole interview process.

The hiring process was quick and painless. I applied for rental rep, the next day I received a phone call asking to come in for an interview. We set a date for the interview. I was called the next day asking to come in for a second interview with the District Manager. After the interview with the District Manager, I was called that day with a position offer.

They called me for a phone interview which lasted for about 45 minutes. I wasn't sure whether I made it to the second interview, but after a follow up I was called in a month later. I spoke with the area rental manager and they gave me the position two days later.
