4 days after I applied online I received an email to schedule a phone interview with the area recruiter. When she called we went through each and every bullet point on my resume and how each pertained to the duties and responsibilities for this job, along with other basic interview questions. She said she would pass her interview notes along to the district manager and if they agreed I'm a good fit they will contact me. The whole interview took about 40 minutes. Mostly S.T.A.R. questions. (Situation, Task, Action & Result).

30 minute phone interview after a short screening two days earlier. Hung up before I could answer the fist question and ignored subsequent call backs and emails.
