A recruiter scheduled the interview via Microsoft teams. During the interview, an interviewer who was not mentioned on interview invitation email participated and asked questions. He asked only one question about me such as what I am doing in current job and asked a lot of technical questions such as difference between array and arrayList for 40 minutes. The questions were not easy and complicated. If he asked me to write code, it will be much better to show my skills and knowledge. I don't think the questions could evaluate my skills and potential that can help their organization. After about 50 minutes later, an interviewer who was mentioned on the interview invitation participated. During the interview I turned on the camera but they did not turn it on, and they even did not introduce themselves.. It was really weirdest interview I ever had. I don't think that the interview is well structed and good experience.
