I had aninitial interview over the phone. I then had a one-on-one with my perspective manager and a panel of two people (HR and the Plant Manager) in Warwick, RI. I was then flown to MN where I met with my boss's boss, a Product Manager (over lunch), HR, and the Sales Manager. They dug into my skills and apptitude for the position, but overall a painless experience. The people all were friendly and respectful of my time.

Most of the questions were in regard to my past accomplishments and how they may relate to the role at Pentair. They were also curious as to how I would interact with other people within Pentair. Could I lead without authority.
4 Round of interview happened in a way to judge the technical skill set and behavioral skill set, Followed by case study & HR round. If all the round clear then salary negotiation

Colloquio
Very straightforward interview process. I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter and was able to answer basic screening and background questions. From there I had video interviews with the hiring manager, HR representative, hiring manager's manager, and a group interview with team members that are on the same team as the hiring manager. I felt the chemistry was great, everyone was very positive and it was one of the best interview experiences of my career.

Colloquio
Very thorough and detailed interview reviewing my qualifications. We reviewed my resume step by step, including my personal hobbies and after work commitments. I interviewed with the plant manager and the HR manager at first, then had a second interview with the people that I would interact with on a daily basis.
