There have been 2 phone interviews scheduled where I did not receive a call ~ ghosted on the phone interview. I emailed the contact 10 minutes into the first one. She apologized for "missing our appointment" and could reschedule, which she did about 10 days later and then never called again. Really strange.

interview will be a lengthy with a lot of management decision followed with medical process. Background check is done thoroughly. There was skill testing for excel and ppt. People in HR are very cooperative. However, when the back ground check is done, the recruiter is being asked to do so.
