The freelance interview is super easy. When it comes to full time they will ask you a couple questions have you consent to a background and drug test and that's really it. They typically already know the people well so they already have a good idea if a job is right for you or not.

Mostly just work history and things you would see on an actual application. Full time I got asked if I had any knowledge about what I would be doing.
