I had a 6 part interview process. 1) recruiter screen 2) initial technical screen Remote onsite which consisted of 4 interviews 3) System Design 4) I explain a system I designed 5) Coding Problem 6) Coding Problem Despite having 6 interviews I got ghosted. Employees are never treated better then before they sign their offer letter so I don't think this would be a good place to work.

The interview process was structured and comprehensive, covering technical screening, coding, algorithms, system design, and a one of the previous projects deep dive. Each round assessed a specific skill and felt relevant to the role.

Standard process consisting of Algorithms & Data Structures problems, System Design and so-called behavioural. 5 interviews with different people but from my experience it is obviously that the decision was made solely by the lead of the team the position related to. I cracked all the DSA questions, did it pretty well in System Design and behavioural, but that lead was sitting with a sour face right from the start to the end (on several stages). I do not understand why so many stages are needed in this case, it is a waste of both candidate and company time. After the long time-consuming process I got a simple "No" without any adequate feedback, that also speaks for itself.
