After completing all interview stages, including a technical assignment, I was explicitly informed by the recruiter that PeopleCert would proceed with an offer. Following this, I was completely ghosted for over a month despite the significant time investment required for the process.
Eventually, I received a generic rejection email from the Talent Acquisition team stating that I was not selected, with no feedback or explanation whatsoever. This level of communication is highly unprofessional, especially after giving candidates false expectations and asking them to complete technical work. At a minimum, this should have been handled via a call with clear feedback. This experience reflects very poorly on the company’s recruitment process and respect for candidates.
