I was reached out to on LinkedIn to start a conversation with PeopleLift. 1st interview was quick, going through the normal initial call questions. 2nd interview was with the vCMO, which also went well.
However, that 3rd interview with the two Tims was a dumpster fire from the start. I don't know if I ever got to finish a sentence without being cut off, even during the first few minutes of small talk.
In the end, it was a lot of lip service about following up soon with some scenarios, but I was ghosted entirely. For a recruiting firm, if this is how they treat internal candidates I can't imagine what it's like for the companies they're signing on retainer.

What is one thing you would do to start growing leads?
Thank you for the feedback. We take this kind of feedback seriously and worked hard to develop a strong internal recruiting process that best aligns with the values we live by.
