Below was the process which is very bad. Don't waste your time here unless you are jobless.
1) Manual Tecnical round
2) Automation Tecnical round
3) Managerial First
4) Managerial Second
HR says congratulations. Your are selected and discussed package and said that one formality test (hogan)is pending. Also before that in each round interviewer discussed current and expected package.
5) Hogan personal Inventory Test -- very very farji round
6) Then they sent a mail to me. Subject of the mail was "Welcome to PeopleStrong"
7) Then they started my background verification.
8) Then they took one more round with CTO mentioning that I am less detail oriented(found in hogan test) and rejected on that basis.
Issues are :--
1) Why they sent a mail to me mentioning welcome to PeopleStrong
2) Why they started my background verification without my consent without giving any offer.
