Applied in person to the company. Immediately spoke with a recruiter and was asked to do a skills assessment as well as background check and drug screen. Set up direct deposit right there and filled out new hire paperwork. Employment was offered and accepted on the spot and was given work ticket to give to supervisor at client I was sent to.
