The interview process is a structured interview. They will send you a link to a youtube video before the interview that shows how they conduct it and how the want you to answer the questions. They will ask you an interview question. You will give them a response. They will ask you to elaborate and things such as what was the outcome?

I was invited to join a conference call, but somehow did not get the access code. They went ahead and just gave me a phone interview for the same time slot with a panel of 3 people on the other end. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. They give you a lot of time to just sit and think after asking each question, so there was no real pressure to think on the spot. All questions were behavioral.
