I submitted my resume on CareerBuilder and called in the next day to see if it had been received. I spoke with the manager that was listed and he informed me that he had hundreds to go through and that he did not look at mine but that he would briefly skim it over. He asked me to come in the next day for an interview and I got the job on the spot as ling as I passed my drug test, which was not a problem. It was quick and painless.
