Two last minute interview requests and a ghosting The first interview was a surprise video chat that was presented as a phone call interview. While the person interviewing was nice, the lack of disclosure re: video chat was extremely offputting. The second interview was a last-minute same-day interview request (within a few hours of the email sent) which felt extremely unprofessional. The interview was about the more logistical and technical aspect of the role and pretty standard. The reason for this poor experience was that my candidacy was ghosted. There was no follow-up which says a lot in terms of disorganization,a lack of transparency or plain care for the candidates.
