The company had a very unprofessional interview process.
I submitted my CV and was called in for an interview. The position originally required 3 years of experience. After the interview, the company deleted the job post, re-uploaded the exact same job description, but changed the requirement to 5 years of experience. A week later, they rejected me saying I didn't meet the new 5-year requirement :)
They clearly don’t respect candidates.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone apply here—if the interview process is already like this, there's no guarantee working there would be any better. If they can't even decide how many years of experience they need for a role, how are they supposed to get anything done?
Maybe I’m just having a rough year. I had high hopes because it was a German company, and I’m currently working at a European company too. But the difference between the two is night and day. Totally disappointed.
So, think twice before applying. Don’t waste your time and effort just to receive a reply that sounds like it was written for a child.
