First round was a two part interview. The first 45 minutes was a technical process. Asking about CPG products, how you'd think about an income statement, pricing etc. Then was asked a case based question about launching a new product. 2nd 45 minutes was all situational including why Pepsi/finance/location etc.

Basically did a basic phone screen, was relatively simple. Interviewer asked what I thought happened to Pepsi demand during COVID (actually shot up surprisingly enough). Afterwards was asked to do a technical interview where I looked at a P and L (Profit & Loss) and asked various questions.

It was a 2 round interview with one being a resume walkthrough and the other being more of a case analysis. The interviewers were friendly but some of the case questions were difficult.
