Everything was done by email. It started with filling out a online application, and if they pick you ,you'll get a email to pick a time to show up for a face to face interview

They wanted to know anything you did that was inline with the job you are applying for. They realize that most people haven't had expieriance loading potatoe chips on trucks

Interview process was as expected from watching YouTube videos, just pay attention when you have the physical assessment …I had to build pallet orders then check off on order sheet.

Entered the building at set interview time was greeted and walked into the back by the hiring manager. Was asked a total of 5 questions then watched a video detailing the job description and the on site assessment. After signing a pre employment non-liability waiver I was taken upstairs to conduct the assessment. I was given 15 minutes to complete three order forms and palletize and depalletize the orders. Following successful completion of the assessment I was walked outside to speak with the hiring manager for a few and was told to keep an eye out for any emails.

Interview was easy and simple. Was told everything I need to know about the job and got in and out in a timely fashion. Haven’t started yet but would definitely recommend working here
