I had a phone interview first. Then I had an onsite interview. It was a 2 person panel. Phone is Human Resources. They tell you about the job, the hours and the pay.

Preliminary phone interview followed by a Zoom meeting with Human Resources and Administration. Very unprepared interviewers and unprofessional online meeting. One of the interviewers was trying to connect through cellphone data while outside for some reason, causing him to be difficult to see and understand. The interview was short and I was asked very few questions about my experience and education. I was never contacted regarding the status of my application following the interview, despite the experience survey I was Emailed moments ago which implies that I was supposed to. Very poor experience.
