First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

The interview process was not too intense. They mostly asked situational questions that followed the STAR process (feel free to look that up). The most important thing would be to be yourself and to do your research. Know some reasons why you want to work for Pepsico. Come prepared and the interview should go great.
