Fast and Furious interview rounds. Screening with talent acquisition, phone interview with hiring manager and on-site round of interviews with 6 interviewers - all within a month. While driving back to my hotel from the interview I got a call from HR saying they are considering to offer me the job and that I will receive official offer via email in next 48 hours.

Conflict management, prioritization and technical questions
It was intense and there was a lot of questions about myself. Prepare for that. I would have prepared a lot more and sold myself a lot better. That is about it.
Took a few months to hear from them about this role after a 2 phone interviews and 4 zoom interviews. With no explanation to why it took so long. It should never take that long to get a no.

Colloquio
I applied on my university’s career portal. 10 people total interviewed for the position, but only 1 is hired. The interview is half technical/ half behavioral. Behavioral is really standard, literally a conversation about your resume and a couple of questions. The technical portion is different. They ask about any research you have done (in detail with follow up questions), and ask about 4 technical questions relating to the PepsiCo/FritoLay production line.
