Phone screen, then in person interview with someone who wasn't even the decision maker, made very little notes, looked stoned, acted like he didn't want to be there. Was told would receive a phone call in a week, they called the next day for second interview went in met with actual interviewer, again acted like he didnt want to be there. No one knew the territory, how many stores, how big, ect... They only pay mileage once you get to the first stop which is 50 miles from the "hiring area." Was offered job, pay sucks, work hours suck, go elsewhere if you have any sales experience at all.

Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
