On campus 2-3 weeks after initial on-campus screening. Interview was with HR Mgr. Agenda for all interviews: Introductions, 5 behavioral questions, and interviewee's questions. Lengthy, scripted multiple part behavioral questions. Very reflective and lengthy which increases difficulty level to Average. Received an automatically-generated email response shortly after.

First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.
