The interview was with the hiring manager and the human resources director first, then followed by an interview with two current Key Account Managers. The format was a blend of behavioral and then followed by a case/audition where I had to sell to the interviewers based on a specific situation I was given.

The most difficult part was that I had never been presented with a case analysis situation on the spot and asked to solve it so it was unexpected; however, if you know how to sell and overcome objections it is pretty easy to tackle.

Pas de questions difficiles, c'est vraiment un échange.
Appel téléphonique avec le recruteur puis visio avec le manager pour la suite.
Ça a été assez rapide.
Smooth and straight forward interview - situational questions - be ready to talk about experience and how they apply in business setting. HR and Manager interviews. Both virtual in this new environment.
