I was interviewing for the operations side of the development program and they asked basic behavior questions and a few "what would you do" situations. My first round was on campus and it was pretty much the same as the final round (behavioural/what would you do). At the final round interview all candidates were flown to a conference center and that night there was a mixer and some food. There was also a panel of the current development program participants. The next day I had two interviews.
