We talked about my job history, what I believe makes me a good fit and my weaknesses, they didn't say much about the company, it felt as If I wasn't really given a chance to really prove myself and that the only reason I was given an interview is so they can meet their "body" quota. I heard back from one of the employees later and they mentioned that the position was given to one of the suoervisors son's friend.
