There were 2 interview round & 1 Aptitude test. First one was taken by HRBP & Plant Manager- mainly in the the line of Operations & Supply Chain Planning. Second Interview happened after a Gap of 1 month by Ireland Team - Sr. VP Supply Chain & VP- HR. Last one was general aptitude test. Overall was a very smooth process & hiring team was simply awesome.

Entrevista durou cerca de 1h explorando minhas experiências e como poderia agregar ao time e a estratégia da empresa. O ponto é que ja faz mais de 60 dias que isso ocorreu e ninguém me da um retorno sobre o processo. Frustrante a demora em se ter um retorno seja positivo ou negativo, não estamos em condições de esperar tanto assim sem ter um status.
